PAYMENT  TERMS

  •   National Stonecrafters Inc. accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

 

SHIPPING

 

   All shipping is done via Federal Express and is shipped regular ground unless faster shipping is indicated

  by the customer at the time of ordering. If you would like orders to "ship complete" please call us at

  800-473-1006, otherwise we presume partial shipment is acceptable. Certain larger items may be drop shiped

  in order to save the customer time and money, we will advise you under these circumstances.

 

FREIGHT

 

  • All freight charges are FOB Troy, Mi. or in the case of factory drop ship, FOB factory location.
  • Customer is responsible for inspecting packages upon delivery and notifying carrier of damages or shortages at the time of delivery.
  • National Stonecrafters must be notified with 24 hour of reciept of shipment of shortages.
  • Orders must be recieved by 1:00 pm eastern for overnight shipping.
  • Non US orders are welcome, for ease of delivery it is best using your Fed Ex account number, as shipments are faster in clearing customs, please call us at 800-473-1006 or 248-588-9400. Customer is responsible for any and all duties.

RETURNS

  • 30 day return policy for all unused goods      
  • Please call 800-473-1006 for a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#)
  • All items returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original reciept. Items must be unused and in original condition and like new packaging to be given full credit. Used, marred or any items returned not able to be sold as new will not be refunded and returned to the customer. Damaged or marred merchandise will be photographed on return and kept on record.

  • Special Orders, closeouts and grinding stones are not returnable.
  • Resalable merchandise returned will be either held as a store credit or credited back to the customers credit card, customers choice. As we keep no record of customer credit cards we will need to contact you for your card number for a charge credit.  Please include a contact name and phone number in your return.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

PRICE CHANGES

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices will be honored on the web, unless there is hacking or tampering via any electronic means to the web site.
  • National Stonecrafters reserves the right to limit quantities and to whom it will sell to.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

  • All products are presumed to be free of manufacturers defects. In the event of a broken or unsatisfactory item, The MANUFACTURER HAS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPAIRING OR REPLACING SAID ITEM.
  • The manufacturer has the right to determine if items were abused or used improperly and has sole discretion to the outcome of any claim. Shipping costs are subject to the manufacturers policy.
  • Some items need to be returned to National Stonecrafters for return to certain manufacturers, others like the power tool companies should be sent directly to them with proof of purchase. PRIVACY POLICY

  • National Stonecrafters does not sell, lease, distribute or rent any information obtained from its customers in the course of its business. National Stonecrafters does not keep credit card information on file from web purchases and customers must input this information on every purchase. Security is provided by hack free servers from our web host and transactions are secured through Authorize.Net, one of the most respected companies in e-commerce today.
